How To Successfully Half-Ass a Juice Detox

My husband and I decided to kick our caffeine addiction by going on a 10-day juice detox. Only trouble is, we had no idea what we were doing.  But, thanks to the internet, we made it through and said adios to coffee.  Here's how we did it:

Sorry for the radio silence this week, but I was busy moving from California to Florida. And blueberry picking.  I've never picked blueberries before but since they grow near our new house, I wanted to pick a bunch to freeze for the rest of the year so I wouldn't have to pay through the nose for organic berries after the season ended.  So in the midst of moving chaos, we took an afternoon to go pick several pails of berries.
